Succession Planning

Our succession planning service assists a client in the development and/or implementation of a succession planning process. A succession planning project may also involve exploring and developing a data driven analysis of the probability that successful succession planning could currently come from within a particular organization of a client if/when a top executive moves to a new role. A succession planning project can assist a client in the development of multiple internal and external scenarios that can be implemented in order to minimize the organizational disruption when a key executive moves to a new role. Succession planning should provide a client with an assessment of the opportunities and challenges when succession planning results or requires an external leader be hired into the organization.
