Feasibility Study

Our feasibility studies provide an analysis and set of recommendations to a client that need to be considered in order to maximize the probability of success for a specific talent acquisition project. A project feasibility study typically involves execution of the front-end components in the search process, including meetings with a key decision maker or stakeholder, research strategy, target company/target individual research, telephone interviews, and potentially very selective face-to-face interviews. The report delivered from a project feasibility study gives a client a data driven analysis of the level of difficulty that would likely be involved in recruiting a passive candidate that meets or exceeds the requirements and experience description in the position profile.
