How We Do It

From the beginning, we engage all levels of the organization. By soliciting detailed input from the entire employee population and then facilitating in-depth discussions with groups representing cross-sections of the organization, we ensure all levels of the organization are engaged from day one. This discussion and feedback loop continues through each phase of the culture project. Simultaneously, we provide a continuous flow of information back to the Executive Team where we work to refine the cultural picture and ensure alignment with the overall business objectives. This continuous flow of information from the employee base to the Executive Team and back ensures everyone is operating from the same picture and dramatically increases the likelihood of sustainable culture change.
